Für die agile Projektunterstützung sucht unser Kunde einen Scrum Master (m/w/d). Hierbei sollen mehrere Teams (4 - 6 Mitglieder) koordiniert werden und die Projektumsetzung bei Endkunden im Bereich Softwareoptimierung durchgeführt werden. Die Teams bestehen hier aus internen Mitarbeitern, aber auch Mitarbeitern der Endkunden.
Spannende Aufgaben warten auf Dich
- Begleitung mehrerer Entwicklungsteams als Scrum Master
- Unterstützung des Fachbereichs durch die Scrum oder SAFe Methodik
- Unterstützung des Fachbereichs zur Effizienzsteigerung der einzelnen Arbeitsmodule
- Unterstützung in der Review- und in der Daily-Organisation sowie in der Scrum Retrospektive
- Begleitung und Verbesserung bestehender Workflow-Prozesse
Diese Qualifikationen zeichnen Dich aus
- Sehr gute Erfahrung als Scrum Master und tiefgreifende Kenntnisse in agilen Methoden
- Erfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung oder Softwarearchitektur
- Kenntnisse den Programmiersprachen C# und Java
