- Wissenstransfer von praktischen Erfahrungen eigener Kundenprojekte
- Trainingsinhalte Tag 1:
- Customer Success Management – Rollenbild, Aufgaben und Ziele
- Customer Success und wie wir für unsere Kunden zukünftig Mehrwerte generieren
- Verschiedenen Ansätzen der Technologie-Hersteller (Cisco, Microsoft, IBM, Citrix/CSG etc.)
- Die sieben Skill-Bereiche eines erfolgreichen Customer Success Manager
- Teamplay mit anderen Abteilungen im Unternehmen für den maximalen Kundenerfolg
- Trainingsinhalte Tag 2:
- Customer Success Management – Erfolgsmaximierung gemeinsam mit Kunden strukturiert angehen
- CSM Skill7-Framework: der Blue-Print für Ihren Kundenerfolg als Senior CSM
- Beziehungs-, Informations- und Vertriebsmanagement per Exzellenz für CSMs
- CSM-Management und
- CSM Best Practices und Ansätze, um ein erfolgreiches CSM-Team zu gestalten
