Für unseren Kunden, einen Dienstleister für IT - und Businesstransformationen, suchen wir einen Prozessberater (m/w/d) Testautomatisierung ServiceNow/ATF für die Bankenbranche.
Spannende Aufgaben warten auf Dich
- Nutzung des ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) zur Automatisierung von funktionalen Tests, um sicherzustellen, dass ServiceNow-Anwendungen wie erwartet funktionieren
- Implementierung und Optimierung von ITIL-Prozessen, um die Effizienz und Qualität der IT-Services zu verbessern.
- Sicherstellung, dass alle IT-Prozesse und -Systeme den regulatorischen Anforderungen für Kreditinstitute entsprechen. Dies umfasst die Einhaltung von Vorschriften und Standards, die für die Finanzbranche relevant sind.
- Durchführung von Aufgaben und Projekten, einschließlich der Planung, Durchführung und Überwachung von Testautomatisierungsprojekten.
Diese Qualifikationen zeichnen Dich aus
- Kenntnisse im ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF)
- Gute ITIL-Prozesskenntnisse
- Kenntnisse zu den regulatorischen Anforderungen an die IT in Kreditinstituten
- Selbständiges Arbeiten
