Inhouse Consultant (w/m/d) SAP HCM

Für unseren Kunden aus der Baubranche suchen wir ab April einen Inhouse Consultant (w/m/d) SAP HCM zur Unterstützung im Projekt.

Spannende Aufgaben warten auf Dich

  • Betreuung der SAP HCM Systemlandschaft mit Schwerpunkt Personalabrechnung Deutschland, sowie der globalen Zeitwirtschaft inklusive ESS/MSS
  • Aufbau, Implementierung und Betreuung eines globalen SAP Organisationsmanagements
  • Beratung der HR-Fachabteilungen zur Anforderungsaufnahme, Steuerung und Koordination des externen Dienstleisters sowie die Sicherstellung der regelmäßig notwendigen Updates
  • Wissensträger bei sämtlichen Belangen rund um das Thema SAP HR
  • Antreiben der Digitalisierungsinitiativen im HR Umfeld, wie z.B. digitale Personalakte, digitale Leistungsbeurteilung
  • Beratung bei SAP HCM Projekten wie z.B. internationaler Roll-Outs des Rekrutierungstools, Migration von HCM zu Success Factors
  • Betreuung der Schnittstellen in Richtung Finanzbuchhaltung, internen Planungs- und Travelmanagementtools
  • Analyse und anschließende Optimierung der personalwirtschaftlichen Geschäftsprozesse mittels Customizing
  • Erstellen von Konzepten und Anforderungsdokumenten


Diese Qualifikationen zeichnen Dich aus

  • fundierte Kenntnisse in SAP HCM inklusive Customizing
  • fundierte Kenntnisse in SAP ECC, idealerweise S/4 HANA
  • fundierte Kenntnisse in SAP FI/CO
  • fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Lohnabrechnung und rechtlichen Komponenten
  • Erfahrungen im internationalen Projektmanagement
  • Erfahrungen in SAP Success Factors wünschenswert
  • verhandlungssichere Deutsch und Englisch Kenntnisse
