Vor diesem Hintergrund beabsichtigt unser Kunde den Einsatz von einem externen Experten als Projektmanager (m/w/d) bei dem geplanten Transformationsprojekt im Bereich „Core“.
Hintergrund
Im Zuge strategischer Vorprojekte plant unser Kunde die Transformation der aktuellen SAP-basierten Systemlandschaft in eine geeignete Zielsystemlandschaft unter SAP S/4HANA als deren Kernkomponente vorzunehmen. Daher sollen die SAP IS-U Systeme mit den energiewirtschaftlichen Kernprozessen im Zuge dessen auf eine passende Zielsystemlandschaft unter SAP S/4HANA Utilities und die SAP ERP „Core“ Module auf eine entsprechende Zielsystemlandschaft unter SAP S/4HANA transformiert werden.
Spannende Aufgaben warten auf Dich
- Verantwortung für die Überwachung des SAP S/4 HANA Implementierungsprojekts für den Core-Bereich (als Gegengewicht zu dem IT-Beratungshaus, das mit der Realisierung des Transformationsprojekts beauftragt wurde)
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Zeitplänen, Budgets und Qualitätsstandards
- Koordination und Führung des internen Projektteams sowie der externen Berater
- Entwicklung und Pflege von Projektplänen, Statusberichten und anderen PMO-Dokumentationen
- Beratungsleistung bei der Ressourcenplanung und -management
- Durchführung von Risikoanalysen und Entwicklung von Maßnahmen zur Risikominderung
- Fachliche Beratung bei der Implementierung von SAP S/4 HANA Core Modulen (z. B. FI, CO, MM)
- Sicherstellung der Integration der SAP Core Prozesse
- Regelmäßige Kommunikation des Projektstatus an das Management und andere relevante Parteien
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Best Practices und Standards im Zuge der SAP S/4 HANA Implementierung
- Dokumentation von Entscheidungen und Ergebnissen
Diese Qualifikationen zeichnen Dich aus
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Programm- und Projektmanagement im SAP Core-Umfeld
- Tiefgehende Kenntnisse in SAP S/4 HANA Core Modulen
- Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit externen Beratern und Dienstleistern
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Führungsfähigkeiten
- Fähigkeit, komplexe Projekte zu steuern und erfolgreich abzuschließen
- Projektsprache: Deutsch
- Nice-to-have: Projekterfahrung im Bereich Energiesektor
