Für unseren Kunden suchen wir ab sofort einen "Prozessmanager Schwerpunkt Marktkommunikation (w/m/d)" zur Unterstützung im Projekt:

Spannende Aufgaben warten auf Dich

  • Aufbau und Optimierung der Mako- und Rechnungseingangsprüfungs-Prozesse in der zukünftigen B2C-Plattform und Berücksichtigung der regulatorischen Vorgaben und der Schleupen-Standardprozesse sowie der aktuellen Kunden Umsetzung
  • Konzipieren, Testen und Dokumentieren aller Prozesse und Lösungsansätze im energiewirtschaftlichen Kontext der Marktrolle "Lieferant" in den Themengebieten Lieferbeginn-/Lieferende-Prozesse, Stammdatenänderungen, Geräteprozesse, jeweils inkl. der dazugehörigen Marktformate
  • Sicherstellen von Prozessstabilität für bereits produktiv gesetzte Funktionalitäten und Monitoring der Prozessabläufe in der Marktkommunikationsplattform (Conuti-Lösung) und dem Schleupen-Abrechnungssystem
  • Bewerten der Auswirkungen von externen Einflüssen wie Gesetzesvorgaben und Regulatorik und Ableitung entsprechender Maßnahmen
  • Proaktives Identifizieren prozessualer Weiterentwicklungsansätze zur Effizienz- oder Qualitätssteigerung sowie bestehender „Gaps“ im Schleupen-Funktionalitätsumfang und Ableitung notwendiger Änderungsbedarfe
  • Fortlaufendes Testing der angepassten Prozesse mit Hilfe von selbst erstellten Testfällen (inkl. Erstellung relevanter Marktnachrichten) inkl. Test- und Fehlerdokumentation

Diese Qualifikationen zeichnen Dich aus

  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse der Marktkommunikationsformate, -nachrichtentypen und -prozesse der deutschen Energiewirtschaft mit Schwerpunkt in den Bereichen (für ein oder mehrere Prozesse)
    • Lieferbeginn / Lieferende (UTILMD)
    • Stammdatenänderungen (UTILMD)
    • Geräteprozesse (UTILMD und UTILTS)
  • Sehr gute Erfahrungen und Kenntnisse in energiewirtschaftlichen und abrechnungstechnischen Prozessen der Marktrolle „Lieferant“
  • Kenntnisse der Abrechnungssysteme SAP IS-U und Schleupen (oder eines von beiden) sowie eine nachgewiesene Affinität für Systemprozesse und IT-Plattformen
  • Kenntnisse der SAP-Standard-Tabellenstrukturen und beim Adhoc-Reporting in SAP insbesondere im Schwerpunkt Marktkommunikation
