Zur Betreuung eines SAP R/3 Utilities Systems benötigt einer unserer Kunden Beratungsleistung im Bereich der Stammdaten und Marktkommunikation (MaKo). Gesucht wird ein erfahrener Berater (m/w/d) für den operativen Betrieb des IS-U.
Spannende Aufgaben warten auf Dich
- Analyse von Fehlermeldungen & Korrektur gemeinsam mit der Entwicklung
- Analyse, Konzeption, Bewertung und Umsetzung von Kundenanforderungen
- fachliche Teilprojektleitung in regulatorischen Projekten & Durchführung von Alpha- und Begleitung von Kundentests
- Fachlicher Ansprechpartner für Kunden
Diese Qualifikationen zeichnen Dich aus
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen mit Stammdaten, Kundenmanagement und Lieferantenwechselprozesse im IS-U Umfeld für die Marktrolle Lieferant
- Projekterfahrung in der Konfiguration von Kunden- und Lieferantenwechselprozessen (PDOCs & Wechselbelegen)
- Gutes Know-How in der Erstellung und Anpassung von Stammdaten & verbundenen Prozessen
- Profunde Projekterfahrung im o.g. Bereich und Beratung des Kunden, sowie gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten mit Beratern / ABAP-Entwicklern aus angrenzenden Themenfeldern
- Kenntnisse / Erfahrungen in den Formaten UTILMD, ORDERS, QUOTES, etc.
Nice-to-Have:
- Erfahrung in der ABAP-Entwicklung & Debugging
- Erfahrung / Kenntnisse im SAP CRM
- ITSM-Prozesskenntnisse
