Project Management "Beratung Contract & Claim Management" (w/m/d)

Im Rahmen des Vertrags und Claim Managements werden Leistungen bezüglich der Bearbeitung von Leistungsänderungen, Vertragsstörungen und Schlechtleistung angefordert. Hier wird die Schnittstelle zwischen dem Team Contract & Claims zum EPCI Lieferanten der Offshore Plattformen im Projekt OST-6-1 und dem Team Vertragsmanagement bis hin zur Schnittstelle zum Windpark gesucht um diese auszugestalten.

Spannende Aufgaben warten auf Dich

  • Single Point of Contact für alle vertragsrelevanten und kommerziellen Themen für den zugewiesenen Sachverhalt im Projekt intern und extern
  • Revisionssicherung der Dokumentation von Claims und Leistungsänderungsbegehren, Prüfung der Anspruchsgrundlage formal und aus vertraglicher Sicht sowie Steuerung und Koordination der Prüfung mit den technischen und ggf. juristischen Bereichen und Bildung des Unternehmensstandpunktes
  • Sofern unberechtigte Forderung, Erstellen von Claim Abwehrschreiben
  • Vorbereiten und durchführen von Nachtrag/Claim Verhandlungen
  • Erstellen von vertragsrelevantem Schriftverkehr: Zum Beispiel Mangelanzeigen und In-Verzugssetzung und Fristsetzungen eigenverantwortlich bzw. auf Aufforderung des Projektteams
  • Beratung der Projektleitung in Bezug auf vertraglich, mögliche Handlungsweisen bei Störungen und Behinderungen im Projektablauf
  • Ggf. forensische Analyse von gestörten Bauabläufen im Sinne des „Claim“-management


Diese Qualifikationen zeichnen Dich aus

  • Mind. 5 Jahre Spezielle Erfahrungen im Vertrags- und Claim Management im Rahmen von Großprojekten (in einem regulierten Umfeld von Vorteil)
  • Nachweisbare Erfahrungen beim Vertrags- und Claim Management in offshore Infrastrukturprojekten Offshore Plattform
  • Deutsch / Englisch (mind. C1), Kenntnisse in Niederländisch von Vorteil

Nice-to-have:

  • Mind. 5 Jahre Nachweisbare Erfahrungen im Umgang mit komplexen Werkverträgen (BGB, FIDIC, NEC), dabei sind juristische Kenntnisse auf den relevanten Rechtsgebieten von Vorteil
  • Mind. 5 Jahre Nachweisbare Erfahrungen bei der Mitarbeit in großen Projektteams
