Unser Kunde aus der Energiebranche migriert von SAP auf S/4HANA und benötigt dabei spezialisierte Expertise im Bereich IS-U Abrechnungsmanagement. Der Schwerpunkt liegt hierbei auf dem Forderungsmanagement, das die Verwaltung und Optimierung von Forderungen und Verbindlichkeiten umfasst. Dies beinhaltet die Überwachung von Zahlungseingängen, das Mahnwesen sowie die Analyse und Verbesserung von Zahlungsprozessen, um die finanzielle Stabilität und Effizienz des Unternehmens zu gewährleisten.

- Erstellung und Verwaltung von Verträgen mit verschiedenen Zahlungsarten
- Verwaltung von Zahlstapeln, Zahlläufen und Abschlagszahlungen
- Durchführung von Mahnprozessen, einschließlich Mahnbescheiden, Mahnstufen und Mahnsperren
- Verwaltung von Sperrandrohungen, Sperrungen und Entsperrungen
- Durchführung von Bonitätsprüfungen und Verwaltung von Sicherheitseinlagen
- Manuelle Kontenpflege und Rücknahme von Ausgleichen
Diese Qualifikationen zeichnen Dich aus
- Tiefes Verständnis der SAP IS-U Module, insbesondere der Abrechnungs- und Forderungsmanagementprozesse
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Forderungsmanagement, idealerweise in der Energiewirtschaft
- Kenntnisse Analyse und Optimierung von Zahlungs- und Mahnprozessen
- Kenntnisse der relevanten gesetzlichen Vorschriften und Richtlinien im Forderungsmanagement
- Effektive Kommunikation mit Kunden und internen Stakeholdern, um Zahlungsvereinbarungen und Mahnprozesse zu verwalten
- Erfahrung mit IT-Systemen und Softwarelösungen, die im Forderungsmanagement eingesetzt werden
