- Beratung der Personalbereiche des Kunden bei Implementierungsprojekten von SAP SuccessFactors rund um das Thema Talent Management mit Fokus auf den Bereich Performance & Goals
- Analyse der Anforderungen & Konzeption von Optimierungen der Applikationen
- Präsentation von Best Practises & Durchführung von Workshops
- Konfiguration der verschiedenen Module
Diese Qualifikationen zeichnen Dich aus
- Profunde Erfahrung in SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals sowie Zertifizierung in SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals
- Fundierte modulübergreifende Kenntnisse in der SAP SuccessFactors Suite
- Tiefes IT-Verständnis
- Umfangreiche Projekt- und Beratungserfahrung bei Implementierungsprojekten innerhalb großer Organisationen
- Projektsprache: Deutsch & Englisch zwingend notwendig
- Nice-to-have: zusätzliche Zertifizierungen in einem weiteren SAP SuccessFactors Modul, vorzugsweise in Succession & Development (neu: Career & Talent Development)
